WhatsApp Business for sales

I always use the example of the corner shop at the end of my street whenever I try to persuade a company owner to start using WhatsApp Business for sales. The Nightshop’s accessibility is what I appreciate about them the most. They don’t even have a website or an email address, let alone a Facebook account. They also don’t require it. Because I can always contact them over WhatsApp Business, regardless of the time.
