Affiliate Terms and Conditions for Biz15 Business Listing Website

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Biz 15 Services (“Company”) and the individual or entity participating in the affiliate program (“Affiliate”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Company and the Affiliate.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
1.1 The Affiliate must apply for the Company’s affiliate program by completing the designated application form. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

1.2 Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, the Affiliate will be provided with unique tracking links or referral codes to track and identify referred customers.

2. Affiliate Obligations

2.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s business listing services and encourage potential customers to sign up for such services through their referral links.

2.2 The Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when promoting the Company’s services.

2.3 The Affiliate will not engage in any misleading, false, or deceptive practices while promoting the Company’s services.

3. Commission and Payment
3.1 The Company will pay the Affiliate a commission for each eligible customer referred by the Affiliate who completes a purchase of the Company’s services through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link.

3.2 The commission amount and payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement or communicated to the Affiliate.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to modify the commission rates, payment terms, or terminate the affiliate program at any time upon notice to the Affiliate.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s services in accordance with this Agreement.

4.2 The Affiliate will not use the Company’s intellectual property in any manner that may damage the Company’s reputation or infringe upon the Company’s rights.

5. Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease using the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, and any outstanding commissions will be paid to the Affiliate, subject to any applicable payment thresholds or holdbacks.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate’s participation in the affiliate program.

6.2 The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the results or success the Affiliate may achieve through participation in the affiliate program.

7. Miscellaneous
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Affiliate regarding the affiliate program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

7.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
