2. Non-Refundable Services
- Once a paid listing is live, it is non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for featured listings, promotional ads, or premium upgrades after activation.
- Refunds are not applicable for suspensions due to policy violations (e.g., spam, misleading information, or prohibited content).
- Any service availed under a discounted offer or promotional pricing is non-refundable.
